My name is Anastasiia Tuhluk. I am a young professional with 3+ years of experience in different areas of customer service and recently started my career in aviation industry. I live in Richmond, BC, and moving upon my graduation from Aviation/Airway Management and Operations program at British Columbia Institute of Technology(BCIT) in June 2026.

Master’s degree in Economics
Graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University(KNEU) in 2022. KNEU is the largest economic institution in Ukraine. It is recognized in Ukraine and in the world as a training center for economists, managers and lawyers.
Diploma in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations
Throughout studying at AMO program, I learned about Safety Management System(SMS), Air Traffic Control(ATC), Terminal and Airside operations, Canadian Aviation Regulations(CARs), Security and CATSA.
